In the current git state the action “Execute Escape AMF model with data collection” throws an assertion on line 24 in the class EclipseEMFOutputRunner.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create an escape project
2. create an metabm file
3. create an apar file
4. try to run the apar file by the action “Execute Escape AMF model with data collection”

I've fixed this error, but haven't pushed anything to the repository yet.

Miles, what's the status? I'm still holding all my commits until you tell me it's OK to commit again.
