EPL in DocBook XML format

The attached document contains the EPL as of February 1, 2011 in DocBook XML format version 4.5.

This content is added in relation to the discussion in the Eclipse Community Forum at http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/208559/ where such a document has been requested.

The content is based upon: http://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl/notice.html
changes consist of changed xml tags and the translation of HTML entities to their DocBook counterparts. The formatting has been preserved to allow easy comparison to the original document.

Is this a dupe of Bug 214683?

If yes, can you mark this bug as such and post the attachment on that bug along with an HTML rendering (fidelity with the HTML is a key issue)?
