In Helios 3.6.1 with org.eclipse.wst.server.ui 1.1.205-1.1.207 this exception gets logged every time the Servers view is opened.

Nevermind, It was a contributed menu group that was not specifying a ContentProvider or LabelProvider that was causing it.
