An autotools form editor would make the features of autotools more discoverable and lower the learning curve for new users. I have done a substantial amount of work on this and I am creating this bug to track that work and propose those patches.

I will be attaching three patches. The first one is work done by Jeff Jonston to create a basic autoconf form editor. The second patch adds a new nature (AutotoolsManagedProject) and uses that to decide which editor to use for the autotools scripts. The third patch converts Jeff's autoconf editor to an autotools editor and implements some basic editing functionality.

- Create a basic form editor.
- Make autoconf editor a page in that form editor.
- Create a prototype form page for editing autconf.ac

This patch was authored by Jeff Jonston. I have made only minor modifications to it.

- For projects with that nature use the newly created autotools editor.
- Modify project templates to have that nature set.
