Registry" view should be documented

Patch for Bug 321309

Hi,

Here is a first piece of documentation for the EPackage Registry View.

Some additional screenShots should be added when the READ-ONLY mode for EMF
Facet Table will be implemented. (regarding the viex context menu)

(a) I, Nicolas Guyomar, wrote 100% of the code I've provided.
(b) I have the right to contribute the code to Eclipse.
(c) I contribute the content under the EPL.
(d) This contribution contains no Cryptography features.

This is not the right zip : the images it contains are for org.eclipse.emf.facet.efacet.doc, and are already committed.
