In the file pde/ui/org.eclipse.pde.core/src/org/eclipse/pde/internal/core/pderesources.properties for version 3.7 (haven’t checked the others), in the string- ''{0}'' attribute cannot be used when ''patch'' attribue is set -the word attribue is missing a "t".
