In bug 349449 I cleaned up vertical alignment and horizontal spacing in the generic explorer and in explorer-table.

The git clone page gets the fixes that come from generic explorer, which means it gets vertical alignment and spacing for expandable nodes.  But there is still no spacing between the leaf node model icon and the text.
