HEAD and 3.6.2, Windows 7 SP1 with IE 8.

The Browser widget sometimes doesn't scroll via keyboard: The arrow keys, Page Up/Down, and Home/End don't do anything. The scollbars and the mouse wheel still work.

Steps:
- run the ControlExample
- click Browser tab
- click into the browser widget
=> scrolling via keyboard works fine

- click the link to http://www.eclipse.org/swt
- click the link to "Language Pack" (under Releases > Stable)
=> scrolling via keyboard broken

I didn't find a clear rule as to when scrolling works and when it doesn't. E.g. when I go to http://www.eclipse.org/swt/language.php using setUrl(..), then scrolling works, but when I click a link on the left and then go Back via the context menu, scrolling doesn't work any more.

I found the problem in the SDK, where the internal Web Browser editor seems to be broken in more cases in I20110613-1736 than in 3.6.2. E.g. when you make the editor area smaller and then open the org.eclipse.swt.examples/about.html, scrolling works in I20110524-0900 but not in I20110525-0800.

I don't see the failures described here, but this sounds like a duplicate of bug 354745, so closing report. These should be fixed by the change in the other report.
