Selecting an element (e.g a comment or a task attribute) in the outline of the Task Editor should focus the task editor on that attribute editor.

This works for in many cases, but does not work for comments if there are a lot of them (~20) on the task.

Ah, my bad. So maybe it's the comment folding (subsections) that screwes this up?

* ctrl+o
* type sam
* use down arrow to select comment 13 and push enter
* comment 13 is not expanded

This actually works for me Sam, odd. I am bootstrapped on mylyn e_3_7_m_3_5_x

I am on HEAD. It works for me if I expand "Recent" first.

Steps to reproduce bug (adapted from comment 4 for users who are are not Sam):

* open bug 162007
* ctrl+o
* type mik
* use down arrow to select comment 1 and push enter
* comment 1 is not expanded

Committed a fix to master and e_3_7_m_3_6_x branch.
