Creating a new model with the new project wizard and generating the HelloWorld tutorial model will create the package with the socket test from the modellib. But no reference or import statemant is included within the HelloWorld model. Unused modelparts should be generated.

The generator picks up all SubSystemClasses in the passed models and generates them and all related ROOM classes recursively.
The Workflow picks up all models found on its class path.
The SocketTest contains a SubSystemClasse and thus is generated whenever the modellib model directory is seen on the class path.

This problem will be addressed as soon as we replace the mwe for the code generation with a better alternative.
