I had a project with an out of sync resource, clicked on it (to perform refresh) and then my error log filled up with tens of the following error messages:

File property testers should *not* fail on such a common occurrence as file resources out of sync. The error log will fill up very quickly if it does!

Which version of Eclipse are you using?

This is UI, probably CNF, though not sure. Max, is this the entire trace? I would expect to see a lot message that is part of it.

This is the entire stack trace as shown in error log.

It was showing op when (right?) clicking on a resource, probably because of some property tester using it to check if a menu entry should be shown or not.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
