In the web services wizard, on the "Web Service Package to Namespace Mapping" page, if you edit the package or namespace value in the table and hit enter, it actually finishes the wizard.  So you can't add more mapping pairs or continue on with the wizard.   It should instead 'register' the updated value to the table and deactivate the edit text field.
