The o.e.o.o.ui.help plugins currently is mixture of a bit of code
(OTJLD view etc.) and documentation.
Due to the code parts with their dependencies the plug-in does not
work in the info center.

Therefore we should split the plug-in in two.

Initial split was made for the Indigo help center, 
commits r1870 - r1881 complete this task, we now have:
- o.e.o.o.ui.help with code, intro and cheatsheet
- o.e.o.o.doc with just documentation, no code
Other plug-ins now refer to the doc plugin for images (e.g., samples)
and the otjld (ui.help).

Correction: 2.1 M1 is build 201108142105, re-verified.
