The Eclipse Software Repository Reports (http://build.eclipse.org/indigo/simrel/) identify exceptions in the build process that should be addressed. Each report needs to be reviewed in detail to identify exceptions for BIRT, and the appropriate corrective actions taken.

I have not reviewed each report but did notice:

License Consistency issues (I logged as bug 349238)
Feature Names report lists exceptions for BIRT (no bug logged)

Other problems may exist, which is why a detailed review of each report is needed.
