The next button is not active, even though a valid service provider and connection are selected (Local/Local). This issue is not present on Mac OS X (unsure of Windows).

Linux specific code was added (I think) to address the issue of new connections not being selected in the widget. However, after removing this code new connections still seem to be selected, but it also appears to fix the next button issue. Committed to ptp_5_0 and HEAD.
