When the graduated bundles move to the eclipse project repos, the rest of the e4 UI component should be moved to an e4 git repo.

We have a test repo at git://git.eclipse.ort/gitroot/e4/org.eclipse.e4.ui.git

I've published a real e4 ui repo at git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/e4/org.eclipse.e4.ui.git

I haven't updated the map files yet.
