Build Identifier:

As a Java developer I am constantly using the Ctrl-Alt-T and Ctrl-Alt-R shortcuts to open java types and other resources.

When jump to the Open Resource dialog, I often realise (after I start typing in a name) that I actually should have jumped to the Open Type dialog (and vice versa). It would be really useful if:

- 'Open Type' dialog would accept the shortcut Ctrl-Shift-R to switch to Open Resource with the current search text retained.

- 'Open Resource' dialog would accept the shortcut Ctrl-Shift-T to switch to Open Type with the current search text retained.

During a spell in the past using Intellij IDEA, I noticed that it was possible to do this (i.e. after using Ctrl-N to open a type, you could press Ctrl-Shift-N to change your dialog to open any file, and vice versa). It would be great to have this in Eclipse.

Reproducible: Always

Of course the opening sentence should read:

> As a Java developer I am constantly using the Ctrl-Shift-T and Ctrl-Shift-R
> shortcuts to open java types and other resources.

Pretty sure there's a bug about this already but can't find it right now...
