Hi,

I have a couple of projects/folders created in the Navigator/Explorer. In case I expand the tree to navigate to a file and click on it, the file opens up in its editor and the explorer is gone. On returning back, the explorer state is lost and it snaps to the root. What might be happening is, the explorer fires the same request to build the tree from scratch. Probably the state of the tree should be somehow preserved and restored on navigating back to the tree
OR
is it the contributor's responsibility to restore the tree's state?

Thanks and Regards,
Pradyut.

Reproducible: Always

I thought we were trying to remember the expansion state of the tree. Susan?

We have a timing problem whereby levels below the top level may not get expanded. That is bug 344737. The top level is expanded. If you are observing differently, please reopen.
