1. Window > New Window
2. Window > Open Perspective > Debug
3. Hover your mouse over the 'Java' perspective's tool item.
4. Click on it and then immediately hit Alt+F4.
5. An SWTException will occur.

This is an innocuous bug that is not likely to occur in practice. I am not convinced that we should be fixing this now.

This is causing (at least) two test failures.

Verified with I20111205-2330 on Windows 7.
