Restore fast view icons

All other fast view icons have tooltips, except the 3 Restore fast view icons.

Works in 3.7.

For me, it works on 3.7, but not in 4.1.

Kit, you are seeing the error in Eclipse 4.1, correct?

Yes, problem only happens in 4.1

Verified with I20120127-1145 on Windows 7.
