The bug still exists in swt 4.4.1 This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie. |
Created attachment 197772 [details] Snippet which demonstrates the error This happens under Windows (Windows 7) and Linux (Fedora 12 / RHEL 5 & 6) with swt 3.7RC4: - run the attached snippet, which shows a MULTI Text with WRAP -> its contents wrap to two lines - but the computeSize() line indicates that it should fit on one line (wrong) - this failure occurs within some range of what should be the correct answer, because if you change WIDTH to the value OK then computeSize will correctly indicate that two lines are needed to show the text (might be a duplicate of #147909)
