resourceSet.getPackageRegistry().put(GenModelPackage.eINSTANCE.getNsURI(), GenModelPackage.eINSTANCE);

From the AbstractAcceleoGenerator should be removed and moved to the generated "*Generator" Acceleo creates along "main" mtl files. That will allow clients to deploy "minimal" standalone generators.
