Build Identifier: latest stable build

When i start the eclipse Helios 3.6.2 by clicking on the eclipse icon I get5 the message "Failed to load JNI shared library 
C:\Program Files\EclipseHelios\eclipse\jre\bin\bin\client\jvm.dll

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on eclipse icon.
2.click run
3.message appears

How did the JRE ended up inside Eclipse folder? Are we shipping with the JRE? or you installed the JRE there?

You already opened bug 348346 where we gave you hints and asked questions but got no reply. Why do you open a new bug instead of answering our questions?
