The UI most be very similar to the one discussed on Bug 348896, however needs to be separated as this implementation is subject to the approval of a CQ as subclipse in not an Eclipse project

First implementation is available and will need coordinated changes to implement performance optimisations tracked in different tasks e.g. see Bug 354670
