Build Identifier: 0.8.0

The bug appears in MDT Papyrus 0.8.0RC2
In a sequence diagram with "lifeline" and an "Action Execution Specification"
in it. When we want to add "Duration Constraint" to the "Action Execution
Specification" the wizard shown contains two time "Create Duration Constraint". And the graphical object is added just with the first action.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a new papyrus project with sequence diagram
2.add a lifeline to the sequence diagram
3.add an "Action Execution Specification" or a "Behavior Execution Specification"
4.add a "Duration constraint to the "Action Execution Specification" or the "Behavious Execution Specification"
5.The wizard shown contains two times "Create DurationConstraint"
