For XLS format: When a list has its "detail" area hidden it seems that the footer is also hidden even when it should not be.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. A create a new report.
2. Add a list to the report and connect to a data set.
3. Add text to header.
4. Add some field from data set to detail.
5. Set visibility of detail field to hidden. (important).
6. Add some text to footer.

7. View report in html - text from header and footer will be visible.
8. View report in xls format - text from header will be visible, but text from footer will not be visible.

View report in html and xls and compare result to see that the footer is not displayed in xls format even though it should be.
