The Sapphire.Diagram.Drop action should be changed to just Sapphire.Drop. Even though we currently don't support drag-n-drop outside of the diagram editor, we are planning to do so in the future. It would be good to avoid an id change if we can.

Verified that "Sapphire.Diagram.Drop" is no longer in source and "Sapphire.Drop" is being used.
