Before 0.3 we had Sapphire.Outline.ShowInSource action for the content outline. Now with advent of diagram framework, we also have Sapphire.Diagram.Part.ShowInSource action. 

There should really be one Sapphire.ShowInSource action with different handlers. This bug tracks this work.

Done. Added a section to the 0.3 migration guide as an id of an existing action has been changed.

Verify "Sapphire.Diagram.Part.ShowInSource" is no longer in source, only "Sapphire.Outline.ShowInSource"
