Related to bug 319320, the implementation is not quite complete.

When you switch to Scheduled View, in either focused or unfocused mode, the Today section should be open (if there's at least one task in it).

Currently when switching from unfocused Category mode to unfocused Scheduled the Today section does not open as expected.
