Description Nathan Gervais CLA 2011-06-08 11:42:31 EDT
MPC shows tabs for content on other catalogs by default on first load even if they shouldnt show.

Steps to reproduce.

Using an Indigo RC3 package

1. Launch Marketplace
2. Select the Indigo Repo
3. Notice it only has 2 tabs.
4. Close Marketplace
5. Launch Marketplace
6. Notice all 4 tabs are now showing up.

I have been able to reproduce this with the Obeo catalog. If I make that the default catalog and then enter the MPC wizard, 4 tabs (Search, Recent, Popular, Installed) are shown instead of the expected 2 tabs (Search, Installed).

Work-around: Select a different catalog and then select the desired catalog again.

Nathan, while this is a visible bug my impression is that the impact is minor and there is a simple work-around. My sense is that it's not a blocker warranting a rebuild and can be fixed in SR1. Does that sound reasonable?

Sounds good to me.

I agree this is not a blocking bug but it basically makes the feature useless. We can't really change the tab names on the server, since everytime a client is started the default names are used. Kind of confusing for the end user.
