I'd like an easy way to compare a file to the same file in a different project.

This would be incredibly useful for folks who keep different branches of a product in separate projects in Eclipse.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
The enhancement may work like this:
1. In Project Explorer, right click on a file
2. Then in the "Compare" menu, there would be an item "with same file in project..."
3. And then a further submenu would list the projects in which a file with the same path appears.
