org.eclipse.emf.facet.widgets.nattable.tableconfiguration.InstantiationMethodParameters#getFreeParemeter should be renamed to getFreeParameter

Hello,

This implies an API update. The fix cannot be committed before 0.2.0.
This method has also to be moved, cf. bug 348561.
