Concerned elements are those inherited from other diagram (ex: Package in SysML BDD, or Package Diagram).
Also concerns label child nodes in compartments.

The navigation edit policy is installed by an edit policy provider in Class Diagram and has to be installed on inherited elements in Block Definition Diagram.

Fixed in r5186 (0.8.1).
Merge in trunk r5187.
