Description Isuru Udana CLA 2011-06-06 15:21:15 EDT 
In the New NewsServer wizard, although there exists an option to add a news server without a login (Anonymously) it seems to be not working. 
Although we can get through from the first page, second page doesn't allow to proceed further.
In the title bar of the wizard it gives the following message.
"Column 'LOGIN' cannot accept a NULL value"
