Patch to make View Menu button accessible

The "View Menu" tool item needs to have an accessible name in order to be read by screen readers.

The attached patch makes it so.

Actually, the patch has 2 unneeded imports:
import org.eclipse.swt.accessibility.ACC;
import org.eclipse.swt.accessibility.Accessible;
(so just delete those 2 lines from the patch, please).
