When you create a new wsdl file and you view the wsdl. The NewOperation table shows: input/parameters/NewOperation and output/parameters/NewOperationResponse. However, shouldn't this show input/parameters/NewOperationRequest in the first row?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create any project folder
2. File > New > Other... > Web Services > WSDL
3. Create the WSDL in the project folder and then open it

Hi, thanks for the patch.  This is as designed.  See bug 162631.
