As documented at http://wiki.eclipse.org/Mylyn_Integrator_Reference#Deciding_on_a_version Mylyn 3.6 which is part of Indigo and all 3.6.x service releases will be the last Mylyn versions with support for Eclipse 3.5 (in addition to supporting Eclipse 3.6 and 3.7).

The upcoming Mylyn 3.7 release will support Eclipse 3.6, 3.7 and 3.8 (latest milestone). 

Please comment on this bug if there are any concerns with ending support for Eclipse 3.5 (also see bug 280832 and bug 313436 for more background on Mylyn's support for different Eclipse versions).
