Alias for https://issues.sonatype.org/browse/TYCHO-554

Tycho does not inject the dependency from a feature to a required bundle back into the Maven dependency model. This leads to incorrect module build order, and building self-contained p2 repositories fails if a reactor bundle is only referenced but not included via a feature/product.

Resolved with 7085ada [1]. This change is also part of the fix for bug 347825.
