We need a place to put readme entries for 4.1. If you have things to add please add a comment here. At this point I don't know if we will do a wiki page or a readme in the build like 3.7.

Should we just point people at the known issues page, or is that really intended for internal use by the team?

I'd say that the 'Known Issues' page is public (we already mention it on the downloads page (I think, if we don't we should).

For now I think that using the wiki is a good idea since we're updating it every milestone (and this will continue for the 4.2 milestones as well).
