Showing 'Show view' and 'New Article' options in the toolbar all the time is not needed.

'Show view' can be removed completely as it is available in the menu.

'New Article' toolbar option can be shown only if the Salvo perspective is selected. This is something similar to 'Connect to IM provider' toolbar option in ECF. 'Connect to IM provider' is shown only if 'Communications' perspective is selected
