Please feel free to commit the patch to head but please exclude the changes to org.eclipse.mylyn.bugzilla.ide/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF. The bundle does not contain class files and hence it's not necessary to set an execution environment even though PDE does not agree and issues a warning.

Only the Plug-in Problem is left.

But I see no way to get rid of this.

No required execution environment has been set for /org.eclipse.mylyn.bugzilla.ide/META-INF.MF
