I don't know if my permissions are still problematic today. I can't seem to rsync to eclipse.org.  I get permission errors like this

rsync: failed to set times on "/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/equinox/.": Operation not permitted (1)
rsync: failed to set times on "/home/data/httpd/download.eclipse.org/equinox/images": Operation not permitted (1)

This is strange because rsync worked yesterday.

This seems to be working now.
