John pointed this out to me. This is going to be a problem on Linux and Mac and even windows in some cases.

Fixed in HEAD. This problem was in setup.js (used by edit.js and readonly.js) and in a demo file in the editor.

I assume this is what's causing the editor to be broken in I20110603-1605 when running on orion.eclipse.org. It is installed there now and the editor does not load:

require.js load timeout for modules: orion/textview/textview 

I will spin another build to pick up this fix.
