Eclipse provides a mechanism for configuring proxies and a bypass proxy list.  However, it appears these values are not being used on a windows client.  Eclipse takes the proxy bypass list from IE settings.  Wildcards are not supported.

Add a system property to allow all communication to bypass the proxy settings.  Recommend placing bypass in:
HttpProcessor::configureProxyData
