The patch for this would obviously be enormous given the removal of the very large text file, so won't post a patch of the removed file. I will also update the references to the file so that there are no broken links, but even if there were, this would be a very minor issue. I have checked this change in. There will be a few broken links in the javadoc but I am not concerned about that. There were too many references to take care of manually and I didn't want to regenerate hundreds of files at this point. I did fix the main links on the more prominent pages. I seriously doubt anyone will be clicking on these un-fixed links, and if they do, getting a broken link would probably be more helpful than getting the alternative, which is a 173MB HTML doc that isn't very useful and will likely hang their web browser.
