I hve renamed a model file via refactoring>rename. The modelname is untouched. All diagrams lost the references, because the filename (instead of the modelname) is part of the reference.

fixed with git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/16205
- refactoring of file name automatically updates diagrams
- opening an orphaned diagram triggers dialog to select new .room file
