While trying to explain the git clone icons to a designer, I got tripped up by some stuff on the git clones page.  Here are some suggestions for minor improvements:

- The items in the tree "Remote" and "Branch" should use the plural words (Remotes and Branches)
- It would be nice to show the URL of the remote repository next to it.  For example, if I am working with a remote on github and a remote on eclipse.org, it can't be distinguished in the current UI
- We could reduce some noise by removing the refs/remote/remoteName from the branch paths, since we are already showing that info in the tree structure.

Fixed with 17fd0dc032489a2dfd7e00617c1ac9608cd28da6 and 0ff1aa1aa939d25591ad75fea9e51a4d5254e743. I left origin/master form for remote tracking branches for now.
