From the Manifest, it looks like the logical bundle has hard dependencies on 3.7 even though it seems not to be required.

Benjamin,

This plugin is currently in the process of being integrated, is not built, and all in all not yet ready to be consumed. Its dependencies and version number are still off. This API should be a little more polished by the end of the week.

The org.eclipse.emf.compare.logical, org.eclipse.emf.compare.logical.ui and org.eclipse.emf.compare.example.library (using these "*.logical" bundles) have been more or less merged on master from their branch. You should be able to use these bundles from there.

Keep in mind that they are provisionnal APIs that will break brefore the Juno release.
