Hi Colleagues,

I have tried to create a new branch via https in the repository:
url = https://dtenev@git.eclipse.org/gitroot/webtools/incubator/org.eclipse.webtools.incubator.sieditor.git

After execution of the command:
git push origin sap_v0.9:refs/heads/sap_v0.9
I receive the folowing output:

In the forums I found that the error means that I do not have access rights.

Can you give me access rights, so I can create branches in this repository?

The outage earlier this week borked the ACLs.  Fixed.

Hi,

I tried the same command and the error is the same.
I am using HTTPS.
I can push files to the master branch, but I still can not create a new branch.

Is it possible to try this via ssh?  Do you know if other committers are having the same problem?

I have tried today the following command and it worked.
