After changing Trac's default milestone Mylyn's "New Task" dialog still shows value of previous milestone even after updating repository configuration. Only Eclipse's restart solves the problem!

Good find! The field that kept the default values was indeed not getting reset on configuration refresh. This will be fixed in the next maintenance release.
